1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Majestic Mahjong's Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time, and changes will be posted on the website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility

To participate in skill-based games, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Ensure participation is permitted by the laws of your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws.

3. Account Registration

• Registration requirements. You must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information, keeping it up to date.
• Account security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
• Multiple accounts. Each player is permitted only one account. Creating multiple accounts may lead to suspension or termination.

4. Use of Services

• Permitted use. The Services are intended solely for personal entertainment and skill-based competition. You may not use them for unlawful or commercial purposes.
• Prohibited conduct. You agree not to use the Services for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities; not to use cheats, exploits, automation, or bots; and not to harass or harm other users' experience.

5. Skill-Based Gameplay

• Game format. Majestic Mahjong offers skill-based games where users compete against other registered players. The outcome of each match is determined solely by players' skill and strategy, not by chance.
• Fair play. You agree to play fairly and without unfair advantage. We may monitor gameplay and take action, including suspension or termination, where prohibited behaviour is detected.

6. Credits

Credits are virtual, in-platform play money used to enter ranked competitions and are paid out as prizes. Credits have no monetary value, are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, and cannot be withdrawn. See the Payments & Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property on the website are owned by Majestic Mahjong or licensed to it. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for any violation of this Agreement, including cheating, fraudulent activity, or harassment. If your account is terminated for cause, you forfeit any credits associated with it.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Majestic Mahjong, its affiliates, officers, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11. Dispute Resolution

• Governing law. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
• Arbitration. Any disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the United Kingdom, and any award may be enforced in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Miscellaneous

• Severability. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
• Entire agreement. This Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Majestic Mahjong with respect to the Services.
