This policy outlines the payment, deposit, and refund terms for Majestic Mahjong. By using the Services, you agree to comply with it.
1. Deposits
- 1.1 Deposit process. To play certain games, you purchase credits via available payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, or authorised processors. 1 EUR is equivalent to 100 credits of play money.
- 1.2 Authorised use. Making a deposit confirms you are the authorised owner of the payment method and that the funds belong to you or are under your legal control.
- 1.3 Minimum and maximum purchases. Purchase limits may apply and are displayed during the deposit process.
- 1.4 Currency. All transactions for purchasing credits are conducted in EUR unless otherwise specified. Conversion fees may apply based on your provider.
- 1.5 Fees for purchases. Majestic Mahjong does not charge fees for purchasing credits.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds for credit purchases can be made within 14 days of your invoice date, provided that you have not used any credits from that particular purchase. Credits are virtual play money, have no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for cash.
3. Fraud Prevention and Account Security
- 3.1 Fraud prevention. We use security measures to detect fraudulent activity and may suspend accounts involved in suspicious transactions.
- 3.2 Account security. You must protect your login credentials and notify us of unauthorised access immediately.
4. Amendments to the Policy
We may update this policy at any time, with changes posted immediately and accepted through continued use of the Services.
