We prioritise skill, strategy, and fair competition. All players are expected to play honestly, respect the game's rules, and compete without unfair advantages.

Prohibited behaviours include:

• Cheating: using unauthorised software, scripts, bots, or any tools designed to automate gameplay, provide unfair advantages, or manipulate outcomes.
• Collusion: collaborating with other players to manipulate results or gain an unfair advantage.
• Account sharing: allowing another person to play on your account, or using another person's account.
• Tampering: altering, hacking, or interfering with the game's mechanics, servers, or software.

1.2 No Exploits

Exploiting bugs, glitches, or loopholes is strictly forbidden, including bug exploitation and game manipulation. Players found exploiting any part of the game may face account suspension, revocation of winnings, or permanent termination.

Every submitted game is independently re-simulated on our servers from the original board seed. Scores that cannot be reproduced from a valid move sequence are rejected automatically.

1.3 Sportsmanship

We value a respectful, inclusive, and supportive community. Harassment, abusive behaviour, hate speech, and discrimination of any kind are not tolerated and may result in warnings, chat restrictions, suspension, or permanent termination.

1.4 Reporting Misconduct

If you witness or experience misconduct or cheating, please report it via the in-game reporting feature or by emailing support@majesticmahjong.com with details and any evidence. Reports are handled confidentially. Our team investigates all reports and takes appropriate action where violations are confirmed.

2. Commitment to Fair Competition

We regularly monitor gameplay and use automated tools to detect and prevent cheating, exploitation, and any behaviour that undermines fair play.
